In addition to my work as a programmer and 3-D artist, I'm also a writer. Most of my published work is in the form of reviews and other media analysis-type stuff. Below I've listed some of the outlets I've written for.
I write reviews and feature articles about Japanese animation (anime) and comics (manga) for Otaku USA, which puts out a new issue every two months. Articles often have to be researched, written, and submitted under very tight deadlines.
Back in 2004, I started Ani-Gamers, a blog and podcast about anime, manga, and video games. As Editor-in-chief, I manage an international team of contributors, oversee all posts on the site, and write reviews, features, news posts, and other articles.
In 2009, I co-wrote a review of an art exhibit at the Japan Society entitled "KRAZY! The Delirious World of Anime + Manga + Video Games." (link) The review was published on Manga.About.com, the site's hub for Japanese comics.
